1. Eligibility & Platform Role

ExamSafexa is a peer transit coordination and guardian safety monitoring technology platform. By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You are a bona fide student preparing for or traveling to a recognized competitive/academic examination in India (e.g. NEET, JEE, CUET, UPSC, State PSCs, etc.).
• All information submitted—including student ID, exam center code, reporting time, and emergency contact—is accurate and truthful.
• Coordination Platform: ExamSafexa is a safety-tech network, not a transportation fleet operator or licensed taxi/bus service. Co-travelers coordinate shared transit modes (cabs, auto-rickshaws, public transit, private convoys) directly among themselves.

3. Convoy Matching & Fair Cost Sharing

ExamSafexa is 100% free for students to find and join convoys. When groups travel via shared commercial vehicles (e.g. metered taxi or auto-rickshaw), candidates split official transit fares equitably among themselves. No markups, commissions, or booking surcharges are collected by ExamSafexa.

4. Telemetry & Parent Live Portal Licensing

By activating live transit mode, you authorize ExamSafexa to generate a synchronized location beacon for your co-travelers and grant your designated parent/guardian a secure web token to view your route, ETA, and gate arrival status.

Live streaming tokens are non-transferable and auto-deactivate 2 hours post-exam reporting time.

5. Rapid SOS Protocol & Emergency Response

The Instant SOS trigger is an emergency safety broadcast mechanism. When activated:

• Simultaneous alarm alerts are sent across all student phones in the convoy.
• Immediate SMS alerts with high-priority GPS pings are dispatched to all 4 parents/guardians.
• Nearest partner hub desk is notified of an in-corridor anomaly.
• Misuse or false triggering of the SOS system for prank or non-emergency purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

While ExamSafexa uses high-frequency telemetry, 2G fallback algorithms, and proactive anomaly monitoring, we cannot guarantee against unexpected traffic jams, carrier vehicle breakdowns, adverse weather conditions, or official exam center administrative changes. Candidates are strongly advised to plan departure schedules with sufficient buffer time.
